I do not have a PC that supports the video recording application from your website, instead I have recorded a video on my iphone / ipad. Would I be able to email it to your team so you can upload it on my behalf?

At this time, unfortunately we are not able to upload a videos on your behalf, this is because we use a secure third party app to create and store the videos.
So, the only way to solve this issue for you is to suggest that you first try on another browser. Usually people experiencing an issue like this are able to resolve it by changing to a different browser. In our experience Chrome or Opera are the most reliable browsers.
If this method fails then please consider borrowing somebody’s computer to do your recording instead, as this could be a local issue with your computer.
